I’m Rick, your Licensed Massage Therapist. Whether you arrive feeling mentally overloaded, physically worn out, or simply ready for time to yourself, we’ll talk about what you want from your session.
Your session can include the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, scalp, and face. You choose which areas are included, skipped, or given extra attention.
Some people enjoy a conversation. Others close their eyes and say very little. Both are welcome-this is your time.

Not at all. You can enjoy a conversation or simply close your eyes and rest. Please speak up whenever you want the pressure, positioning, or focus areas adjusted.
A 25% deposit reserves your appointment. The remaining balance is due at your visit.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window are subject to a 50% fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require the full session fee upfront.
