I’m Rick, a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of The Reset Room. The Targeted Reset is also my deep tissue session. It is available only for 60 minutes and is the only session where I offer firm or very firm pressure. You can choose any pressure level, including light pressure, and ask for adjustments throughout. Prefer deeper work? We can use a slower pace and firmer pressure in the areas you choose. Light pressure is equally welcome. The Targeted Reset is my only session offering firm or very firm pressure; the approach stays adjustable throughout.

The Targeted Reset prioritizes selected areas within 60 minutes. If you want a full-body experience with more time to unwind, choose one of the relaxation sessions on Services & Pricing.
You can request attention to areas such as your neck, shoulders, back, hips, or legs. We’ll discuss your priorities and comfort before starting. Working on several areas may mean less time for each, so we’ll agree on a realistic focus for the hour.
You do not need to tolerate painful pressure. Tell me if anything feels too intense, and we’ll adjust. Pressure preferences are personal and can change during a session.
The session is 60 minutes for $130. A 50% deposit is collected when you book, with the remaining balance due at your visit.
Massage is not a medical diagnosis, and this appointment does not replace medical care. If you have an injury, a diagnosed condition, or unexplained pain, please discuss appropriate care with your healthcare professional and contact me before booking.
You’ll have privacy to get comfortable and professional draping throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered. You decide which areas are included or skipped.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside that window are subject to a 50% fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment upfront.
