We’ll start with a brief check-in so I can understand what you’re hoping to feel relief from, your preferred pressure, and any areas you’d like focused on or avoided. From there, you’ll have privacy to get comfortable on the table, and your session will be customized around relaxation, comfort, and helping your body feel reset. Before you arrive, feel free to choose your session to see how we tailor your time.
The Reset Room is centered around deep relaxation, nervous system calming, and customized therapeutic touch – not aggressive deep tissue work. Pressure can absolutely be firm when appropriate, but the goal is never to force your body into relaxing. Each session is adjusted to your comfort level so you can feel relief without feeling overwhelmed.
Yes. Your comfort, privacy, and boundaries are always respected. You will be professionally draped throughout the entire session, with only the area being worked on uncovered at any time. If you ever feel uncomfortable or would like anything adjusted, you can speak up at any point.
Absolutely. Your session is customized around your body and your comfort level. Pressure can be light, medium, or firm depending on what feels best for you that day. You are always welcome to ask for more or less pressure at any time during the session.
Wear whatever feels comfortable. Before your massage begins, you’ll have privacy to undress to your comfort level and get settled under the sheet. Some clients fully undress, while others keep undergarments on – it is completely your choice. Your body will stay professionally draped throughout the session.
Each session is customized to your needs, but a typical full-body relaxation massage may include the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, feet, scalp, and face. You are always in control of what areas are included, skipped, or given extra attention. Any area outside of a standard full-body massage is only considered when appropriate, professionally discussed, and clearly consented to.
Yes. Your comfort and boundaries come first. If there are any areas you prefer not to have worked on, simply let me know before or during your session. You can also change your mind at any time. Your massage will be adjusted respectfully, without question or pressure.

Operated by Rick, a licensed massage therapist in Melbourne, FL, the space is private, calm, and designed to help you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. You’ll receive complete appointment details when you book so you know exactly where to go before your visit.
You can schedule your appointment online using the booking button on this website. Choose the session that feels right for you, select an available time, and complete your booking request. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive the details you need before your visit.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so your appointment time can be offered to another client. I understand that things happen, and I’ll always do my best to work with you when possible. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require the full session fee to be paid upfront for future appointments.
Yes. Gift cards are available and make a thoughtful option for birthdays, holidays, thank-yous, or anyone who could use a little time to relax and reset. Discounted packages are also available for clients who want to book multiple sessions and make relaxation part of their regular routine.
